Dalet Access proudly welcomes Jude Johnson as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of financial leadership, strategic growth, and organizational transformation experience to the executive team. With 25 years of experience in corporate finance, technology, and impact-driven sectors,
Jude has led high-performing teams across the U.S. and emerging markets. His background spans financial strategy, capital management, organizational scaling, and fiscal governance, with a proven track record of helping companies align financial performance with long-term mission and growth goals.
Before joining Dalet Access, Jude served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at SoundThinking (Nasdaq: SSTI), where he oversaw all domestic and international accounting operations, SOX 404 compliance, and global audit and governance programs. He has also held senior finance leadership roles in Silicon Valley technology firms and is a licensed CPA and MBA with deep expertise in financial modeling, strategic partnerships, capital stack optimization, and digital transformation.
At Dalet Access, Jude will focus on scaling financial sustainability and operational excellence, ensuring that every investment fuels innovation, community empowerment, and equitable digital transformation. Tonia Edehomon is Chief Information & Operations Officer at Dalet Access Labs, where she leads the integration of technology, infrastructure, and operations powering Dalet’s Public Infrastructure Network Node (PINN) platform. She oversees information systems, cybersecurity, and service delivery across Dalet’s Network-as-a-Service offerings, ensuring deployments are secure, scalable, and reliable.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning program management, change management, operations strategy, and stakeholder development, Tonia brings a rare ability to align people, process, and purpose. Her leadership ensures Dalet’s advanced technologies and partnerships translate into measurable community impact—from expanding digital inclusion to enabling workforce and economic empowerment.
