Our Leadership
Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer
Odion Edehomon founded Dalet Access and leads its mission to build intelligent, inclusive infrastructure that helps communities thrive. As CEO and CTO, he sets the company’s strategy and directs its technology, including the Public Infrastructure Network Node (PINN), the patent-pending platform he invented.
Odion brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, innovation and IT leadership. He has designed secure enterprise and telecom networks, led large-scale technology implementations, and built strategic partnerships across the technology sector. His work combines deep technical expertise with long-range vision, turning advanced infrastructure into real benefits for the neighborhoods it serves.

Fractional Chief Financial Officer
Jude Johnson leads finance at Dalet Access as Fractional CFO. He brings 25 years of experience in corporate finance across technology and impact-driven organizations, and has led high-performing finance teams in the U.S. and emerging markets.
Before Dalet Access, Jude was Vice President and Corporate Controller at SoundThinking (Nasdaq: SSTI). There he oversaw domestic and international accounting operations, SOX 404 compliance, and global audit and governance programs. He has also held senior finance roles at Silicon Valley technology companies.
His expertise includes financial strategy and modeling, capital management and capital stack optimization, fiscal governance, and scaling organizations through growth.
At Dalet Access, Jude guides financial planning, capital formation and investor relations. His focus is that every dollar invested builds sustainable, community-centered infrastructure.
Chief Information & Operations Officer
Tonia Edehomon is a co-founder of Dalet Access and serves as its Chief Information & Operations Officer. She leads the technology, operations and service delivery that turn the Public Infrastructure Network Node (PINN) platform from design into working neighborhood networks. She oversees information systems, cybersecurity and the delivery of Dalet’s Network-as-a-Service offerings, so every deployment is secure, reliable and built to scale.
Tonia brings more than 20 years of experience in program management, operations strategy, organizational change management and stakeholder engagement. She has guided complex initiatives from concept through execution, aligning technology partners, public agencies and community organizations around shared goals.
At Dalet Access, Tonia leads the launch of the company’s first network in Oakland’s Fruitvale neighborhood with anchor partner the Unity Council. She also manages the selection of Dalet’s network and operations partners and builds the processes that will carry the PINN model to new neighborhoods and cities. Her focus is making sure Dalet’s infrastructure delivers measurable results for the communities it serves: affordable connectivity, digital inclusion and local economic opportunity.
