The Unity Council seeks to expand economic opportunity and innovation in Oakland’s Fruitvale community through the deployment of intelligent connectivity services. This effort will establish a next-generation Empowerment Zone—driven by advanced digital infrastructure that enables new economies, workforce pathways, and community services. The platform will be owned and operated by Dalet Access Labs (DAL), a leader in smart, sustainable infrastructure design and deployment.
