Fruitvale Project

Empowerment Zone

The Unity Council seeks to expand economic opportunity and innovation in Oakland’s Fruitvale community through the deployment of intelligent connectivity services.

This effort will establish a next-generation Empowerment Zone—driven by advanced digital infrastructure that enables new economies, workforce pathways, and community services.

The platform will be owned and operated by Dalet Access, a leader in smart, sustainable infrastructure design and deployment.

Bridging the Digital Divide in Oakland

Powered by Dalet Access Intelligent NaaS Fabric

In neighborhoods like Fruitvale, too many families still lack reliable internet access—making it difficult to work from home, attend virtual classes, access telehealth or local government services, or use online banking.

At Dalet Access, we’re changing that our Intelligent Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) fabric is a next-generation platform designed to deliver equitable, resilient connectivity to underserved communities—starting right here in Oakland.
